„Same As You“ is about universal and deep unconditional empathy with everyone, stone, plant, flower or human and the very modern pressures of success. It is about consciously deciding to be a failure and the invention of a new kind of sustainable success through letting go.
It is a moaning of the loss of slowness, smallness, presence and a true connection with the mysterious things that surrounds us at all times.
The song was recorded on cassette tape and pitched down and tempered with adding to the slow motion mood reflecting aforementioned themes.
